Small businesses can support their online marketing activities by creating a Instagram page. Once you create your page and begin to build a following, you can use it to promote your business on a daily basis. But, getting your Profile noticed can be challenging, especially as more and more business pages are being created and the competition for “likes” is increasing.

Setting up your profile

First you must set up a good profile. Take note that you have to make quality content and a good looking profile. Your profile has to be eye catching.

If you just created your account make sure to have a good profile picture and a good bio. A good but easy example is Halifornia (clothing brand). Also be aware that a profile with 1–3 pictures is not professional at all! At least have 6–9 pictures on your page.

Higlights — Use stories & highlights on your page, this makes a page look more professional.
